Lube Oil Consoles
Steam turbine lube oil console technology is similar to that of gas turbines or compressors, with a few added features such as oil coalescing and auxiliary filtration. Mitten had the pleasure of building the largest steam turbine lubrication system required by one of our customers, at a total tank capacity of 16,000 gallons.

EHC Systems
Mitten packages electro-hydraulic systems to control and optimize steam valve actuation and resulting steam turbine performance. Similar to a hydraulic power unit, these systems typically run on fire resistant fluids, and contain auxiliary filtration systems to minimize water in the fluid and an ensuing high acid content in the oil.
